From being a multipassionate lost in survival mode to building my life's work

Hey ladies, Lovely to be joining you. Onwards and upwards. I'm Leoni. British, French and Dutch, raised in India, living in Amsterdam. My career has never been a solid through line. If you put it on a map you would see footsteps going in all directions, periodically circling back on themselves. All of them brought me here. Last year, at 50, I contracted acute meningitis overnight and almost died. A few weeks later, I lost what I thought was my dream job. That was precisely the wake-up call my soul ordered for me. What that left me with was the gift of time and I am forever grateful for the lessons and inspiration that came out of that. During the next year and a half, I got to work. Healing at first, but then an idea started to form in my mind. I felt called to build my life's work. I have been a yoga student, interaction designer, cook, festival operations manager, account manager, mother and forever learner. A multipassionate who got lost more times than she got found. Years of breathwork, nutrition, movement and hypnotherapy, running alongside decades of creative and project work, eventually gave me the clarity to put all of it into one container. What I do I build brands, systems and events for organisations. And I coach multipassionates who feel lost, so they can come out of survival mode and find themselves faster and more elegantly than I ever did. What I am building right now The Messy Art of Humaning. Live since this September 2026, in English and Dutch, designed, written and built by me. Coaching, creative work, and a growing body of writing about mastering your own mess. Who I would love to connect with Strong, independent, multipassionate women anywhere in the world who are coming out of survival mode and building an extraordinary life and body of work.
